Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We're not shipping internationally yet. If you're outside the UK and would like to get your hands on some monsters, email us at hello@mayhem.games and we'll let you know when that changes.

Dispatch times

In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 working days of your order being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are dispatched the following week.

Pre-order and "coming soon" items are dispatched as soon as they're released. The expected release date is shown on the product page, and we'll email you when your order is on its way.

Delivery times and cost

We send everything by tracked post. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, though it can occasionally take longer during busy periods (looking at you, December).

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't turned up within 10 working days of the dispatch email, please email hello@mayhem.games with your order number and we'll chase it down or send a replacement.

Arrived damaged?

Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you. If it arrives damaged, let us know as soon as you can (a photo helps) and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
